Creative direction and event organization for the end-of-year party reserved for Unicredit’s Top Management.
BRIEF AND OBJECTIVES
Plus+ was asked to organize the end-of-year event, known as the Winter Holiday Toast, for Christmas 2022.
The location selected was the IBM Pavilion in Piazza Gae Aulenti, with a fully decorated 1500mq space which hosted 500 guests, from Top Management to stakeholders, invited from the world over.
FROM CONCEPT
For this event, Plus+ was responsible for the general organization of the event, from project management to the management of staff and resources, as well as the decorations and the production of the videos which would be shown throughout the course of the evening.
The title selected by Plus+ for this event was “The Place”: an intimate setting where guests would feel welcome.
TO REALIZATION
The Place is characterized by live jazz, high-end cocktails, and soft lighting.
A comfortable, rounded space with no corners or sharp edges, almost British in its elegance, where guests can raise a glass and celebrate the Christmas season.
A moment suspended in time, where clients and employees can meet, absorbing the festive magic in a cozy, exclusive environment.
