OVERVIEW
Allianz Technology wanted to communicate their One Team, Integration and Collaboration concepts following a large-scale team integration; they entrusted Plus+ with the realization, concept ideation, and visual strategy of this project in order to obtain their desired objectives.
BRIEF AND OBJECTIVES
It was from here that “Mix and Grow: integrati, proattivi, collaborativi” (“integrated, proactive, collaborative”) was born.
A day dedicated to promoting the importance of collaboration and integration when working towards a common goal.
FROM CONCEPT
Mix and Grow aims to guarantee an experience in which participants, each with their own distinct identity, can feel well-integrated and able to fully express themselves with new shapes and combinations, knowing that collaboration is the key to obtaining unique results that integrate everyone, appreciating their individual value.
TO REALIZATION
A day filled with activities, punctuated by a mix of speeches, comedy sketches, video showings, team-building exercises, and a company dinner followed by a party which lasted long into the night.
A day which aimed to promote unity, trust, and growth.
